Welcome to Manoyaa Alchemy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, bookings, and all wellness experiences offered at our venue or online. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Manoyaa Alchemy provides holistic wellness services including yoga, meditation, energy healing, bodywork therapy, spiritual retreats, and various wellness consultations. We operate from our wellness center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting our team directly. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid deposit as specified for each service.

For group classes, workshops, and events, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your spot. Private treatments and retreats may require earlier booking depending on availability.

You must provide accurate personal information during booking, including your full name, contact details, and any relevant health information that may affect your participation in wellness activities.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if false information is provided, or if we believe that a service may be unsuitable for your health condition.

All prices listed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for most services. For retreat packages and intensive programs, a deposit of 50% may be required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the start date.

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and digital payment methods as displayed during checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Gift cards and vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the card. No cash alternatives will be offered for gift card purchases.

You are responsible for arriving on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and we cannot extend session times due to scheduling constraints.

For yoga classes and movement-based sessions, you must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to the class.

You are responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. We provide secure storage areas but cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.

Appropriate attire is required for all sessions. We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for yoga and meditation, and appropriate swimwear for water-based therapies.

We maintain a respectful, quiet environment. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, inappropriate language, or disrespect toward practitioners and other clients, will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

All content on the Manoyaa Alchemy website, including text, images, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of Manoyaa Alchemy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Materials provided during workshops, training programs, or retreats are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or used for commercial purposes without authorization.

Manoyaa Alchemy provides wellness services for general health and well-being. Our services are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about your physical or mental health.

We are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after participation in our services, except where caused by our proven negligence or misconduct.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
