Cancellation Policy

At Manoyaa Alchemy, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our practitioners who dedicate their time to serving you.

We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client on our waiting list.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made via our website, email, or by calling our wellness center directly. Voice messages and social media messages are not considered valid cancellation methods.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session, at your choice.

Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund, with the remaining balance applied as credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. No refund or credit will be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance are always accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.

For workshops, group classes, and special events, cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a 50 AED administrative processing fee.

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund, with the remaining balance applied as credit toward a future workshop or event.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund or credit. The full fee will be retained.

If a workshop is cancelled by Manoyaa Alchemy due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop.

Retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat cost to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the retreat start date.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund of the balance payment, while the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, including the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat start date, or no-shows, will not receive any refund. The full amount is retained.

In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies, we may offer credit toward a future retreat at our discretion.

Wellness packages and session bundles are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase, typically 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Unused sessions within a package are not refundable after the expiration date. We recommend scheduling all sessions within the validity period.

If you need to pause your package due to a medical condition, we may extend the validity period upon receipt of a medical certificate.

Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice. Membership fees are not refundable for the current billing period.

Manoyaa Alchemy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, workshops, or retreats due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, power outages, or public health emergencies.

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to notify clients as soon as possible and offer rescheduling or full refunds.

If a session is cancelled by Manoyaa Alchemy due to practitioner illness or emergency, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost, or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Credits applied toward future services are available immediately upon cancellation confirmation.
