Fascia Unwinding is a gentle, body-led technique that helps release restrictions stored within the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ, bone, and nerve. Over time, stress, injuries, poor posture, or unresolved emotions can cause the fascia to tighten and hold patterns of strain. This may lead to physical discomfort, limited mobility, or a sense of heaviness in both body and mind.
Through light touch and supportive movements, the body is invited to naturally “unwind,” allowing fascia to soften and restrictions to release.
